Our clear housings are made from high-strength, food-grade AS material. While transparent, they are reinforced to withstand standard operating pressures. However, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight to prevent algae and maintain the plastic's clarity.
It comes with 1" NPT reinforced ports (Brass or Stainless Steel options), designed to provide maximum water flow for high-demand homes with 3 or more bathrooms.
Due to the massive 20" x 4.5" capacity, these filters typically last much longer than standard 10" filters. Depending on your water quality, you can expect 6-12 months of high-purity water before a replacement is needed.
